How to use backups

Create backups before big changes, and restore them if something breaks.

1) Create a backup

  1. Stop your server if you want the cleanest possible backup.
  2. Open your server panel and go to the Backups section.
  3. Click Create Backup and wait for the process to finish.
  4. Confirm the backup appears in your backup list before making major changes.

2) Restore a backup

  1. Stop the server before restoring.
  2. Open the Backups section in your panel.
  3. Select the backup you want to restore.
  4. Start the restore process and wait until it fully completes.
  5. Start the server and verify your world, plugins, and files are correct.
