Services

Quvo Hosting provides game server hosting and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons.

Accounts

To use our services, you may be required to provide:

  • A valid email address
  • Discord account details

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe.

By purchasing services, you agree that:

  • Services are prepaid
  • Failure to pay results in suspension or termination
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

We do not store full payment card details.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant provisioning and digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once the service is provisioned. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of these Terms. Any chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Permanent account termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks with evidence
  • Recover any associated fees, costs, or losses

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for any of the following:

Illegal & Harmful Activities

  • Any activity that violates UK or international law
  • Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious code
  • Phishing, fraud, or scams

Network Abuse

  • Launching or participating in DDoS attacks
  • Port scanning, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorised access
  • Using services to attack other networks or systems

Resource Abuse

  • Excessive CPU, RAM, disk, or network usage that impacts other users
  • Running processes unrelated to the intended service (e.g. crypto mining, background abuse tools)
  • Circumventing imposed limits or restrictions

Content & Platform Abuse

  • Hosting content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful
  • Operating services designed to disrupt, exploit, or harm other users
  • Reselling services without permission

Enforcement

We operate a zero-tolerance policy:

  • Services may be suspended immediately without notice
  • Severe violations may result in permanent termination
  • No refunds will be issued for violations
  • We may report illegal activity to relevant authorities

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide a 99% uptime guarantee per calendar month.

SLA Scope

This applies to:

  • Core service availability
  • Network connectivity to your server

Exclusions

The SLA does not apply to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • DDoS attacks or external attacks
  • User misconfiguration or software issues
  • Third-party failures outside our control

Compensation

If uptime falls below 99% in a given month:

  • You may request service credit only (not cash refunds)
  • Credits are calculated proportionally to downtime
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the incident

Data and Backups

You are fully responsible for:

  • Managing your server data
  • Creating backups

We are not responsible for data loss, including:

  • Hardware failure
  • User error
  • Malicious activity
  • Service interruptions

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for:

  • Downtime
  • Data loss
  • Performance issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last billing period

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect our systems or users

Upon termination:

  • Data may be permanently deleted
  • No refunds will be issued

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe – payments
  • Discord – support

We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
